Legal and help
Legal and help
1. About these documents
1.1 This page lists every legal and help document for RUST50/50, the peer-to-peer Rust item coinflip at rust50.com operated by Rust50 Entertainment Ltd. Every document is linked from the navigation bar at the top of each legal page.
Drafting note: requires implementation before launch - the lobby, Profile and sign-in pages must link to these documents (the Terms within one click of the homepage, registration and account area). The site footer currently opens short preview dialogs instead.1.2 The site currently runs in test mode. Items, values and trades are simulated, no real Steam trades take place, and nothing won can be withdrawn or exchanged for anything of value. Automated test opponents and sample rounds are labelled TEST BOT and are not real players. Where a document describes how real trading will work, that applies from launch.
1.3 New here? Start with Get started and FAQ.
1.4 The documents are written in English. They are drafts prepared before licensing and are not yet in force.
Drafting note: requires implementation before launch - if the site targets any market whose main language is not English, the Terms, the responsible gambling policy and the public licence information must also be published in that language.2. All documents

3. How the documents fit together
3.1 The Terms and Conditions are the main agreement between you and the operator. The other policies cover specific topics in more detail and are meant to be read together with the Terms. If two documents conflict, the order of precedence in Terms clause 1.2 decides which one applies:
- a specific promotion's own terms, for that promotion;
- the Promotions and Referral Terms, for promotions and referrals;
- the Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy, for identification, screening, monitoring, reporting and record keeping;
- the Responsible Gambling Policy, wherever it is more protective of the player;
- the Privacy Policy and the Cookie and Local Storage Policy, for personal data;
- the Complaints and Dispute Resolution procedure, for complaint handling.
In every other case, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
3.2 Get started and FAQ is help text. If it differs from the Terms or the documents listed above, those documents apply, in the order set out in 3.1.
3.3 Licence details: licence HE 452139, issued 5 November 2026, which can be checked at https://www.nba.gov.cy. See Operator and Licence.
Drafting note: until a CGA licence covering rust50.com has been issued, replace 3.3 with a statement that the site is not licensed and runs only as a test environment.4. Changes and earlier versions
4.1 Each document shows its version and effective date at the top. When a change affects your rights, you will be told at sign-in, shown which clauses changed and when the change applies, and asked to accept the new version before you play again. Changes do not apply to rounds that have already settled.
4.2 Earlier versions are archived. You can ask for a copy of any earlier version at support@rust50.com.
Drafting note: requires implementation before launch - version archiving, change notices at sign-in, and a record of each player's acceptance of each version of the Terms.5. Contacts
